When you purchase a Dirty Elvis Guitar, you have 14 days from the time it arrives at your door to return it for a refund. This gives you 2 weeks to get to know your guitar and be satisfied that it is the guitar for you.

You will be refunded the total amount (minus the shipping cost) upon receipt of the guitar in the exact same condition as it was sent to you. This is available only to completed guitars purchased from our website shop section.
